Paris Names Jamie Miller New City Manager
On Tuesday, April 26, the City of Paris named Jamie L. Miller as the new Paris City Manager.

As City Manager of Paris, I am proud of the services provided by our city staff. Our City Government is committed to delivering effective and efficient services. We will continue to build upon our successes and work to become even more responsive, innovative, proactive, and transparent in meeting the needs of our entire community. We are fortunate to have dedicated public servants who strive every day to improve our delivery of services.
As the City Manager, my role is to ensure that City services, programs, and facilities meet the needs of the community in a fiscally responsible manner.

Responsibilities:
The daily business of City operations is the responsibly of the City Manager, the Chief Administrative Officer, appointed by the City Commission. The City Manager prepares recommendations and implements the policy direction approved by the City Commission. The City Manager is responsible for the administration of City Services. City personnel report to the City Manager.
